2009 Charm City 'Cross photos

Being that I was up so early the night before, photographing EVERY race, walking the perimeter of the Nittany course like a dozen times, not taking a lunch break or relaxing AT ALL from beginning 'till end- I was exhausted. Even though I stayed in a hotel in Baltimore Saturday night, I choose to sleep in. I missed photographing the first race of the day and made it to the second, Womens/Juniors race. My kid was racing in the Juniors race. I photographed his race and the race after. I was planning on photographing all day, but I got a call from my Old Lady and she said she wanted me to come back to the VPCC and get some pictures of her at the "Girls on Track" clinic. Since getting laid was used as bait, I hightailed out of MD and made a beeline straight to the VPCC. She reeled me in hook, line, and sinker. The Charm City course was the best I've seen anywhere. I'm going to have to definitely stay for the whole race next year. At any rate, I photographed the CAT 3/4/Masters 45+ Women & Juniors and the B Men race. You can view the photos HERE.

2009 Univest Grand Prix photos

Well, after shooting about 5,000 photos from last weekend's Univest Grand Prix, everything is finally post-processed, categorized, sub-categorized, and uploaded! I was at all three races (Allentown, Souderton, and Doylestown) as the official race photographer working for John Eustice of Sparta Cycling. It was a pleasure working for the Sparta Cycling team and I hope to be back next year as their photog. All the galleries to the individual races can be found HERE.

Univest Grand Prix is coming at the end of this week!

I was at a pre-race meeting Tuesday and got my set list. I'm going to go back to Souderton today and stop by the Univest GP office and get a few shots of the crew hard at work. I have a cue sheet for the road race and I'm going to go drive the course to scope out the best spots for photos. John Eustice has already suggested a few. I'll be on the back of a Moto so I'll be able to get around the entire course quickly. I must say, in and around Souderton area is really beautiful.
